Where to write
A date, an attribution, a holding that has moved: the record is the point of the site, so corrections to it are welcome.
The editors
Write to [email protected]. Anything that names a source — a catalogue number, a bound volume, a finding aid — is easier to act on than a general note, and a correction that names its own source is acted on first.
Enquiries about a specific original
Requests to see a particular drawing go to the institution that holds it rather than here. The four principal holders are listed on the Archives section page, and the two written about at length — Kent and Ohio State — explain what a reader can put on a table and how to arrange it.
Reproduction
Rights in the photographs and prints reproduced here belong to the institutions and photographers credited beneath each figure. Requests to reuse an image go to the credited holder.
