Not only loonies. Fucking morons. How stupid does one need to be in order to not know about the 3 branches of government? That are seperate. Constitutionally. Of course this may just be a ploy to have the SC nullify the law so that they can push a constitutional ammendment.

Ah yes.....we've gone past undoing the Great Society and New Deal all the way back to Marbury v. Madison, the decision over 200 years ago that established the right of judicial review (aka "judicial activism") to the U.S. Supreme Court.

I guess those Federalist Society peeps in law school weren't kidding - they really *do* want to take us back to the 18th Century....
