Thanks to the hefty donations by Bush pioneers and the webwork of graphic design slaves, you can customize your own Bush-Cheney reelection poster. This is obviously ripe for subterfuge. But there are limitations. I tried entering "You're Screwed" but was politely asked to "Please Change Your Entry." Oh well. Still, I like the one that made it through:

Not a bad way to kill time while waiting for the coffee to brew.
UPDATE (11:29pm): Awww, the toy is broken. The field to enter your specialized message has disappeared. Either it crashed or, more likely, the site manager got sick of Democrats and anti-Bushies creating rude messages. Tsk-tsk—so early in the election season. But the poster part is still up. Anyone with an image editor can have their way with it.
Cool... Now I gots me a "Destroy America" Bush/Cheney poster...

Ixnay on the Ronennay!
Posted by: Aaron at March 11, 2004 01:15 PMI made one that said "Don't bother voting... We got Scalia!"
Posted by: J. Pinkham at March 11, 2004 02:25 PM"The World Trade Center died for my sins" works, too. They've blocked 9-11, Sept. 11, September 11, etc, though.
Posted by: J. Pinkham at March 11, 2004 02:45 PMCurious the words they're blocking...
Posted by: PinkDreamPoppies at March 11, 2004 03:58 PMI can't find an option to input any text. Perhaps they've disallowed this option, huh?
Posted by: bethanne at March 11, 2004 09:55 PMI've already downloaded my favorite eight or ten modified posters already....:)
